Personal data provided to the Data Controller for processing will be processed for the purpose of: preparation of the agreement, contact, filing a claim/damage, marketing, contact after the end of the agreement, providing data to companies cooperating with the Controller only within the scope of the Agreement (subcontractors, contractors) and within the scope indicated by the provisions of the Agreement, legal regulations.

The recipient of your personal data will be bodies authorised under the law (Tax Office, Courts, Police, Public Prosecutor’s Office, Bailiffs, Supervisory Authorities etc.) or other entities cooperating with the Controller. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country/international organisation. Your personal data will be stored for the period indicated on the basis of legal regulations or a justified period indicated by the Controller (for a maximum period of 15 years until the end of the complaint procedure, warranty).

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time which shall not affect the lawfulness of processing (if the processing is based on the consent).

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office when you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons.

The provision of your personal data is a contractual condition. You are obliged to provide them. Legal basis:

If personal data will be collected from a person other than the data of the person concerned (e.g. authorised persons, family members, contact persons) by the Data Controller, the consent should be obtained at the earliest contact.

The Data Controller and the Processing Entity (Processor) is obliged to exercise special care in order to protect the interests of the data subjects and to meet all the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 on natural persons concerning rational security of IT systems.
